I have looked more at it, but still not sure how to manage it.
Solution should be like this:
When hidden:
Hidden fields are NOT required.
Hidden fields are forced blank (to prevent that data from auto-filled forms)
When visible:
Fields are required.
I wrote with visser labs on facebook. They told me to write in here. Hope they will look at it soon.
