You have to override the files of the plugins to change the appearance of the Rooms page. The plugin just creates the Room page. You have to custom again the page if you want it more attractive.

Create child theme. Create the folder in the child theme named as the same as the original folder. Then you can override the files without changing directly in the original files.

There is not shortcode for Rooms archive page. The page is following the path yoursite/rooms.
In the single room pages, you can setup the search form in sidebar, using HB Search Room widget (Appearance >> Widgets >> Sidebar). Did you try this?

Hi, yes, that’s the function of browsers. It’ll keep the data on the browser memory. This is not the plugin’s error.

Numbers of adults is room capacities. Please check your room capacities in Rooms >> Room Capacities.
Numbers of children is the max child you set for per room. Please check the max child that you set for all the rooms.
