There is not shortcode for Rooms archive page. The page is following the path yoursite/rooms.
In the single room pages, you can setup the search form in sidebar, using HB Search Room widget (Appearance >> Widgets >> Sidebar). Did you try this?

You have to override the files of the plugins to change the appearance of the Rooms page. The plugin just creates the Room page. You have to custom again the page if you want it more attractive.

No At Least a button of book now and redirect to checkout or a search form to check room and proceed to checkout by selecting room
I think you can install WP Hotel Booking Room addon so you can book a specific room.

I activated this plugin but I didn’t see it’s setting in admin panel
Enable option “Enable book in single room” in WP Hotel Booking >> Settings >> Room tab.
Then you will have the button in the single room page http://prntscr.com/i90jtt
