Did you install WP Hotel Booking WPML Support plugin?
The plugin is fully compatible with WPML. All our customers are using WPML with the plugin without any issues. I assume that there is something wrong in your WPML settings and translation. In reply to: [WP Hotel Booking] no full screenYes, if the theme supports custom layout, you should override the theme to add the custom layout for the rooms. In general, the plugin just provide the default feature. If you want to have the layout for the room, you may need to override the template.

This problem related to your theme. Let’s check WP Hotel Booking with WordPress default theme. The image is on the left the text https://prnt.sc/idye90, not above the text.
So, if you want to move the image above the text, you may need to override the template.
