Disable Pricing Plan in WP Hotel Booking >> Settings >> Rooms tab >> uncheck “Display pricing plans”.
Hide the white line with the name above the room image: Use the following Custom CSS:

Please check with WordPress default theme and let me know if the issue happens to both your theme and WordPress default theme.
To move the position of the button, you may need to override the plugin in child theme.

So you may want to try WP Hotel Booking Room addon. Then enable option “Book in single room” in WP Hotel Booking >> Settings >> Room tab.

Did you setup Room Capacities? Dashboard >> Rooms >> Room Capacities.
Please check the permalink Dashboard >> Settings >> Permalinks >> Common Setting, select “Post Name”.
