Sorry it took me so long to reply. First off, I eventually uninstalled the plugin before you replied, then reinstalled it after a few days. Then on checking my product descriptions, I found only one emoji, which I deleted. After that everything worked fine in sandbox mode, but I haven’t tested it in live mode as yet. So, I will update when I do that, as long as this thread is still open.

I’m having a similar issue when I test my site in sandbox mode; I’m getting the same error message even though I tried several times.
I connected my with the Paypal button instead of manually entering the info and each time, everything went smoothly until I clicked the Paypal payment button in my ‘checkout’ page to make a purchase…… then the error message comes up.
I also noticed that if I only add 1 product to my cart it works fine but if I add more, I get the error message.
Can you help with this please? Thanks!
