I already solved too, I renamed the gravityforms-master folder to “gravityforms” and solved.

Do you have a window modal installed?
If you have, go to gallery/options/effects, and select “shutter”.
If you don’t have install WP_LIGHTBOX for example, and select “lightbox in effects page.
