They added a require on /vendor/autoload.php which doesnt exist.

comment it out in header-footer-elementor.php line 32 and it all works until the update is pushed out

I don’t want to switch the main wp’s language becuase it will mess up things like this:

<meta property="og:locale" content="ja_JP" class="yoast-seo-meta-tag" />

I will try the second suggestion today, will post results later, thanks
