Mine has also been suspended twice in the last couple of weeks but nothing has been sent for quite a while and nothing has bounced since May. The first time, I updated to the most recent version, and the “paused” went away. I updated again today because there was another update and it didn’t fix anything.
The message I receive tells me to contact customer support but I have no way to do that unless I pay for a subscription and I don’t have that many people on my list.
I think the MailPoet system has a glitch. I absolutley LOVE MailPoet but maybe it’s time to look for something else.
