Is there a proper upgrade procedure when upgrading from 1.1 to 3.1? The gallery disappears in our theme and it simply prints the shortcode on the front end.
We are running WP 4.3.1 — is the modern version officially compatible?

I installed this plugin last week and it appeared to be working fine, but then I noticed the twitter updates weren’t refreshing with new tweets. It refreshes when I clear the cache. I have “Disable data caching” checked.
Any recommendations?
