Thank you very much. I’m very out of date with all of this stuff, so I’m going to do some googling to figure out how to do what you suggest. It sounds like a relatively easy fix, once I understand exactly what it is I have to do.

I am also having the same problem in IE and Firefox. Have deactivated all plugins — no fix. Thanks for working on it! Theresa
