Our other email features are working on the site, but how exactly do I check my web server logs on wordpress? Sorry I am not very tech savvy, but really appreciate the support!
The error message that I am getting reads:
Error: There was an error sending your offer, please try again. If this problem persists, please contact us.
It is weird because I receive the offer in the woo commerce section of the admin site, but no email (and I have checked my spam section as well).
