Hi Oscargare. Thanks very much. I think it was the cache causing the problem. Unfortunately i need the cache badly so had to uninstall the WPBBC Plugin. Not a big issue for me really.

Yes i do have Cache Plugins “WP Super Cache” also i use Amazon Cloudfront CDN.
Is this where the problem stems from.
