Hello Oneruffryder,
I have the same issue: 500 Internal server error response for posts pages.
My posts have the correct url, but the server response code is 500.
After deactivating WordPress SEO plugin, the response code turn into 200 OK.
The XML Sitemaps created by plugins are correct, and subm itted in time to Google webmaster tools but unfortuntely from 3.800 urls only 16 are indexed.
If anybody knows the solution to fix this issue share it with us please!
After I deactivated the NextGenGallery plugin, my site gone down.
This is an error from error log:WordPress database error Unknown column ‘ids’ in ‘field list’ for query SELECT wp_posts.*, wp_p2p.* FROM wp_posts INNER JOIN wp_p2p\n\t\t\t\tLEFT JOIN wp_p2pmeta AS p2pm_order ON (\n\t\t\t\t\twp_p2p.p2…
Which means there are a conflict with posts 2 posts plugin.
But why all my site is broken?
What are we going to do to restore the website functionality? I appreciate any good suggestion from wordpress community and especially from nextgengallery team

After updating NextGenGallery plugin to the last version two ours ago, I found a conflict between nexgengallery an posts 2 posts plugin. All my connected posts did’t show up in admin boxes. I found in error logs that all errors are raised in mysql: in some query strings are inserted series of \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t which means that spaces and tabs are converted into their symbols before running the queries
