Indeed, you can click on the stamp to edit it in the Pimp My Site settings and select the empty case (first one, on the top). This way, no stamp will be displayed, only the particles. 🙂

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Verified Member for BuddyPress contains a POT file that can be translated using Poedit under the languages directory. Go to: wp-content/plugins/bp-verified-member/languages/bp-verified-member.pot
Usually, we recommend to rename both translated files bp-verified-member-your-language-code.mo and bp-verified-member-your-language-code.po. Then, please replace from the file name by the language code of your choice, for instance fr_FR for french.
Finally, the best practice is to move the files in the plugins languages directory of your whole website: wp-content/languages/plugins directory. There, you will find the translation for other plugins.
This will also ensure that the files will not be lost during any future update.

I’m afraid that I don’t quite see the point of using our plugin in your case as members will not be seen by the others. This plugin is recommended when members can see each other, so they can identify which members are verified.

We made some test, but we couldn’t reproduce this issue. Note that we’re on mac. For this reason, we think that this issue might only be visible for window. If I’m not mistaken, that’s the operating system you use. We thank you for your screencast btw. It helped us understand what exactly was your issue.
Be aware that the Verified Member plugin only adds a badge and a tooltip to mark (un)verified members. We don’t understand how this could be related. However, as you may have noticed, the display of the widget area is sticky. On your profile page, the content is not high enough and the widget sidebar has trouble responding properly. The fact that a second scrollbar is displayed could be due to the fact that the verification badge increases the height of the widget. I’m afraid that at this point we have no other clue. 🤔
Could you deactivate the sticky of the widget area? I think it might solve this issue. If that’s the case, it means that this issue is related to the theme.
