You can delete default products manually. Follow the below steps,
Go to Dashboard > Products, on cursor over products the “Delete” option will appear from where you can delete it.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customise >> Theme Settings >> Layout Settings >> Change the width layout.

It might happen that you have added some additional CSS to Sidebar anchor tag that’s why the typography changes is secondary. So you have to remove that additional CSS of sidebar anchor tag.
