May we know where exactly you want to call images?
We hope you want to call images in slider. We suggest you to install Metaslider from wordpress.org repository.
Once you add some images in the metaslider, you can generate shortcode. Just copy the shortcode and paste it inside the header part where you want the slider. It will display the slider automatically,

To change the content of other pages, you need to add pages from “Pages” main menu. After you add pages, you need to work on the “Menu” system.
You need to create menu for top section. Then assign pages to that menu system. Generally adding menu is a generic thing and it is same function in all themes,
