Saying that support was not prompt, First of all let us clarify our selves, Attitude is a free theme. We are investing our huge amount of time, money and resource. So if you are using free theme then there are of course certain limitations and disadvantages. Since their are huge number of users asking us so many questions daily, It’s not possible to answer all of them promptly Moreover we are trying our best. This is a open forum and there are other people and moderators to help out. If you want instant support than of course you can switch to any premium themes as you said. But let us remind you even premium theme company don’t guarantee you support with in an hour. What we gain by submitting a free theme in WordPress.org is just a credit link that we keep on each of our theme in footer. But we have seen that you even don’t want to give a single credit link for us and expecting a continuous support.
As we had answered your questions in our own forum contiguously and how could you say that the support is poor.
