You can set up the business page as described in the document here

Yes it takes time to load the content but when you viewed it from your device it will load the exact code without any spaces.

Back to you question Yes you can change the “Read more” link in the widget TH Services and the featured Post/Page Slider as well as you can change the logo to small one.
And the image is blurry because we made it that way you can change that image too in pro version of ultimate theme.Could you also please help us rating this theme here https://wordpress.org/support/view/theme-reviews/ultimate
