In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] SportsPress Team League TableHi @opopop,
The Adjustments table is a hidden table that adds values to the automatic values in the Values table. If you leave the Values empty, they will be filled automatically from match results. Then, you can use the Adjustments table to add or subtract from these auto-generated numbers.
Hope that makes sense 🙂

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] List of resultHi again!
You can display more columns by using the checkboxes at the top row of the “Events” section, when editing a calendar.
I would recommend turning on the “Teams” and “Time/Results” columns. This will add more details to the Event List, giving it a closer appearance to the example.

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Team link not availableHi @opopop,
The “Teams” admin menu link will only appear when SportsPress is in Team mode. To check the mode, go to SportsPress > Settings > Mode dropdown. If it’s set to Individual, change it to Team and save.
Let me know if this helps.

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Feature Request: Ice HockeyHi Sven,
No problem, you just need to reload the Ice Hockey preset. To do this, go to SportsPress > Settings and select a different sport (Volleyball, for instance), then Save Changes. Now, select Ice Hockey again and Save Changes. The new preset will apply 🙂

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Event, team and player statsHi @malef113,
Thanks for your question.
The event performance should be reflected directly in player lists and profiles. When editing an event, do you see a section called “Player Performance”, and are there columns for each statistics (Goals, Yellow cards, Red cards, etc)?
If not, please go to SportsPress > System Status and paste the output below, using the “code” button. I’d be happy to help you set things up to work automatically.

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] sidebarHi @showinsight,
Thanks for your question.
Currently, individual teams, players and staff do not have dedicated shortcodes. However, there are a series of shortcodes that you could use for displaying a single event (event_details, event_results, and event_performance).
We’ll look into adding dedicated shortcodes for these post types in a future update.

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Team StatsHi again!
Thanks for the details. The issue might be with the table column equations. I’d like to see the output of SportsPress > System Status if you could paste it in below (use the “code” button)

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Coach/Manager RolesHi @saltandpepper,
There is no global setting to allow one user to access a particular team’s players and events, but you can assign any Player, Staff, Team Manager, or Event Manager to player and event posts by selecting that user under the “User” dropdown when editing posts.
This will need to be done manually for each player and event, by a League Manager or Administrator.
We’ll definitely look into the possibility of automating this in a future update.

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Help for player detail page!Hi @twel,
Thanks, glad you’re enjoying the plugin!
1. We’re working on an extension called “Staff Directories” which does this, and more 🙂
2. Yes, but you’ll need to add some PHP to your theme files or create your own page templates. Refer to this post about theme integration.

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Ladder, ELO systemHi @amanipe,
If you need separate point systems, the easiest way would be to create a series of “Points” tables columns (via SportsPress > Settings > Configure > Table Columns). Be sure to change the “key” to letters only, as numbers will break equations.
Then, you could display different “Points” columns per league table.
With the ELO point system, you would need to use the “Adjustments” table. There is a link above the table when editing League Tables and Player Lists. The value entered in the Adjustments table will be added or subtracted from the main table.
I hope this helps 🙂

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] List of resultHi there,
If you create a league or season (either one), you can display the results of events in that category by creating a calendar. The following options should be selected:
Layout: List
Status: Published
League or Season: same as the name of the competitionI hope this helps 🙂
