For set homepage, first of all please install a Shortbuild plugin then install a Ansar import plugin and activate.

Then go to click ansar demo import menu on Dashboard Appearance and install a Demo and activate a front page,

If you need widgets in Homepage or using homepage template, then go to Reading settings and Assign a Homepage template as a home and blog page as a Post and save the settings. you can also following screenshot link: http://prntscr.com/rxrneq

You have to install the premium version of Newsup theme as you normally do.
