Hi, not sure. I had 5 updates and updated all. I deactivated maintenance mode and tried to launch the website. Gantry Framework was required so tried to install it but it didn’t work. says already installed but cant see it on the plug ins list

Please help. I am trying to install Gantry Framework plug in. Installation fails because it says its is already installed but it is not on my plug in list. I need to activate it to take my website to active mode. Please help 🙁
