Do you know what the support meant by saying :
“I had to turn off the server-side caching though. You’ll need to turn on a caching plugin”I’m new in wordpress…

TML Version: 6.3.12I’m using Bluehost as hosting, see below info
Theme bluehost
MySQL Version 5.5.42-cll
Architecture x86_64
Operating System linuxWould you be able to help me in fixing this issue?
