In order to get the custom question to work, you have you go into the spreadsheet that you upload, and for the last column heading, write the passcode you’re given (pq_3, pq_5, etc…). Then you have to write Y to every person that gets that custom question. Upload the new spreadsheet and that should take care of all the problems. hope this helps
