We’ve taken a look and we can’t find a scenario where the emails shouldn’t be sending. For the other orders that didn’t got an email, are those also going via the “Awaiting status” status?
(We did find that the email only gets sent if the status change is triggered by the automatic check and not if an admin changes the status, this will be changed in a future update to always send the email regardless of who triggers the status update. However I can see in the screenshot that the automatic check did run and should’ve sent email)

The error message you’re receiving is related to an issue we resolved in our latest release, version 2.8.0, which was released last Friday. Could you please try updating to the latest version so we can rule out that this particular issue is not causing the problem for you?

To rule out if the server crashed instead of sending the email, could you check if there is a matching ‘fatal_error’ log entry at the time the email was supposed to be sent?Best regards

If a order goes from “Awaiting status” it’s possible that the confirmation email wont be sent. However the customer should receive an email regarding the order and its status.
One thing we could try is to rule out if any emails can be sent to that customer. This can be done by selecting the notification in the order view and click “send”. Does that email get sent?

The status is indicating that Svea let through the order but need some manual handling before a final status is being set.
The order is being checked once every hour via cron job. We have encountered a few stores where cron job isn’t working as intended or the queue of items to run gets filled quicker than it’s completing which makes it so that some jobs never runs.
You could use plugins such as “Cron manager” or similar to check if there seems to be a lot of cron jobs that is due “now”, that could give an indication if something is wrong with cron jobs.
As of the orders that doesn’t complete when checking manually with the button; can you confirm that this order is completed in PaymentAdmin and isn’t actually waiting for a final status?

Due to a change in Sveas API this value has been removed for invoices. Svea will look into adding the value back to their Checkout API and when that is done we’ll implement it back again.

Is it possible for you to see what orders this occurs on?
We don’t really interfere with the order confirmations from WooCommerce, we only put the order to it’s completed status. However since email triggers also has a “from”-status there’s a chance that you come from an unexpected status, effectively not triggering the email.Could you investigate if it’s possible to see what status you’re going from when setting the completed status and should be triggering the email?

The reference of the order should be set to the name of the person but looking at the response from Svea it seems like they’re omitting the value.
