Hey @beloso we resolved this issue, what you need to do – copy your “Sender reference” from DHL portal seder Addressbook (Under Basic Data Section) to the DHL plugin settings on your website admin console = WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping Tab -> DHL Packet Tab -> Shipper Reference
Unfortunatelly I now got next error when trying to generate label from woocommerce: Could not create label – Der angegebene Service ist nicht bekannt.Will check further, would be interested if above will resolve your error as well.

Hey @beloso we do have the same issue, trying to resolve it yet, current workaround is manual label creation on DHL portal…
