I’m having the same problem. I’ve seen your answer above but the plugin pricing page specifies Custom Post Types as being in the free version https://wedevs.com/wp-user-frontend-pro/pricing/
Can you make it clearer in your pricing comparison tables that the custom post type taxonomies are not included in the free version as I’ve just spent hours trying to get it to work. It’s very frustrating and the only reason I downloaded the plugin was because I thought it would be included. Most people using custom post types need the taxonomies.
