Resolved by Support – sorry I have taken so long to flag as resolved.
I have installed and have versions as below:
WordPress v 4.0.1
Sell Media v 1.9.12
Watermark v 1.0.9
there is still nothing under Settings. Is there somewhere I can put screen prints of what I can see for your reference as I want to resolve this please.
Hi – I can’t see anything to change there. It says “Settings for Extensions are shown below” but all that is there is “Download extensions” “Save settings” and “Restore defaults” no other options to change. I have definitely got latest version of both WP and Sell Media.
My site does the same thing – I have noticed in the cart it shows “Licence none” even though all my items have a licence assigned. Hoping for a reply on this, I assumed it was just me missing something. I am using Chrome as well but have also tried on IE. Also the digital file option works but not the reprint.
