I have done both and it still is not limiting plugins on pages that I have set. I deactivated and re-activated it and ever since the 4.3 update, it doesn’t work anymore. I have a couple of 4.2.4 sites that use it without an issue.
I’m running 4.3 as well and it’s not working for me. The plugin is activated and I have filter groups set up from 4.2.4, but since the update no matter what I activate or de-activate…everything loads on every page.
I’m not 100% sure this is working right.
