A few of us are having problems with Jetpack comments as well.
You could de-activate Jetpack comments until the problem is solved.
When you de-activate Jetpack comments, comment system reverts back to default WordPress comment system.
Phew! I thought I did something wrong on my end. Guess it is a bug then.
FYI:- Jetpack comments seem to be working on WordPress.com blogs.
Funny thing is, Jetpack comments were working for me till a few hours ago.
I haven’t updated Jetpack since then. Wonder what the bug is. Seems like a lot of other users had similar problems as well. [saw some older thread in the support forums]

Same problems here.
Jetpack Comment system is not working.
De-activating the entire Jetpack plug in seems to have solved the problem. Although, I want the other modules of Jetpack.
Any ideas?
