I believe I fixed it this time. I think because of an additional header I needed to lower the content so that there was enough room to scroll down and allow the content and image to fit at the same time.
I reset all the settings and when I uploaded the image again it disappeared right away. My site has been up a few days with the same image and there was no problem until I started modifying things tonight.
Any help would be appreciated.
