I’ve set all my mails from sender using my admin email address – as it was always – but still no luck – I’ve also tested using 3 other mails on my domain but also not. I think I must deactivate the UM plugin and install perhaps another plugin and see if the fault is with the plugin or with wordpress itself.
I’ve changed the directory – tested, but still no email notification when register a user.
I did find the placeholder under New user registration email form settings – I took out the placeholder and tested it but still no success.
Nope – there is no such placeholder – it only shows “review registration details” with Date submit, the form used, e-mail address, username – that’s all.
I’ve unclicked “Use HTML for E-mails?”
Still not working…. the user is created but no notifications.
Is there an alternative method to receive a new user notification as I don’t want to uninstall ultimate member plugin – I’ve worked to hard to get this to where it must be – this is really a minor issue somewhere. What is strange is when I delete a user I do get notifications – but no notification send to member or to admin for new user. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance – and thank you for your valuable time thus far, I really do appreciate it.
Under View logs at “Check and Log Email” shows empty (no mails logged).
BUT under my SendGrid email plugin it shows my mails does send from wordpress.Did check domain – not blacklisted and all is good.
I was in contact with my host earlier this morning already – everything is perfect on their side – they also check mails – coming through from their side.
It is only when I want to register a user that the mails won’t go through.
Normal mails I’ve send to test does go through only no mail notification when new user registers.Do you think it could be the Ultimate member plugin itself?
I really don’t know what to do.
Yes – I’ve tested at least 5 different mails – creating dummy users for testing – no results.
