We looked into the issue but we checked everything is working. Please check this screen shot – https://nimb.ws/gX3FfSYou can test it by following process –
Go to WP-admin > Woocommerce > Orders > Any Order > change status from processing to on hold > you will see that entry has been triggered to zapier that you can also see in order notes.Best Regards
