The WooZap Plugin works great for a number of things. Except, I’m having trouble with one. WooCommerce shows data fields for both Order Status and Subscription Status. These fields are both different, however, WooZap is treating them as the same — they are both pulling the same data despite the field mapping trying to do differently.

Order Status triggers when an order is placed. Subscription Status triggers each the order is renewed. This information is shown in 2 different tabs within WooCommerce. Subscription information is found in the Subscription tab of WooComm, and Order information is found in the Order tab.

Subscription Status contains data like: wc-active, wc-on-hold, wc-cancelled
Order Status contains data like: Processing, Completed, Pending, On Hold

Could you please help me understand if I should be referencing a different field for Subscription Status? (when I download an CSV from WooComm’s Subscription Exporter it shows Subscription Status as subscription_status).

Here’s a couple screen grabs to help show what I’m talking about.
Screen Grab from my FreshMarketer CRM

Screen Grab from Zapier, New Order Zap

Screen Grab from Zapier, New Subscription Zap

    Many Thanks!

PS. It would be extremely helpful is WooZap could also provide data mapping fields for email subscribe and unsubscribe functions. After speaking with WooComm support and my Developer this might be easier said then done. It turns out that while this function is supported by WooComm via AutomateWoo, WooComm doesn’t publish this for exporting. This function is essentially hidden although it is kept in the WooComm Database. The function (as I recall it) resides in 2 DBs. The field $unsubscribe references one database and then publishes either a 1 or a 2 in the other DB which denotes “subscribed” or “unsubscribed.” Admittedly, I don’t know if I stated this correctly, as I’m not a true developer.

    Hi,
At the moment, this plugin does not support fields mapping from wp-admin and woocommerce subscriptions fields but we are trying our best to make it work and provide a great user experience.

Though, you can try to install the latest version 2.4 to enjoy more new features.

    Regards
