Hi Serge, thanks for your response. Strange though because the instances you’ve noted were all incorrect.
The website cache was only seconds old, Bloom is up to date at Ver 1.3.12, DDpro is up to date at ver 5.3.5.
The issue I’m having is only on mobile. Desktop is working well.
I downloaded the error log from our hosting provider, but couldn’t make any sense of it.
