It turns out there are another plugin that cause the CSS not reload for public instead of Litespeed plugin so the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your time and effort to check into this issue.

I have checked the menu you mentioned My Calendar > Design > Style Editor, and box “Disable styles” is not checked. May I know something like lazy load can effect the styling of calendar?
