Yesterday I added Mailchimp and it would not work. I used Chrome browser > Inspect Element > Console and found:

Turned off all my plugins and added one at a time and CommentLuv (premium no less) was the culprit. Repeated threae times. Sure enough. Sad to say.
I look within the “settings” as his screen shot shows, but no “Limit Login Attempts” option.

I have the float bar set for blog posts only, not pages. Here is a sample post to view. Times ups for merger & acquisition synergy
Any solution for iPad?

Floating bar was working. Stopped.
Have W3 Total Cache, disabled inline JS Minification. Did not appear again.
Deactivated W3, came back. Activated W3, went away again.
I do not have the code in JS or CSS minify. Would love to find out how to get it to work.
