I had to change the 20,1 to 10,1 and it worked. Strange.

You are using the quotes wrong.
[wpb_category_accordion taxonomy=”product_cat” orderby=”name” order=”ASC” show_count=”no” hide_empty=”yes” accordion=”yes”]
It was not Yoast, it was having the word “funny” in my permalinks.
