First of all thank you very much for your interest.
I finally found the solution.
It was resolved by changing the damn hosting company. The hosting company said to me that the problem was not with us, but the issue was completely due to hosting.

I was using the maintenance mode, but it is not resolved by removing it. The hosting side says they remove all blockers. I couldn’t find the source of the problem, I apologize to you. I realised the problem is not caused by the theme or plugins

There is a problem receiving your domain key. Please click the Waiting for Approval button to retry.
There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain::
1) The POST callback to http://woocommerce.atakanokumus.com/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token failed.
2) Our Current Online Server IPs was not whitelisted.
Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, whitelist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.:Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: The callback validation to your domain failed. Please make sure there is no firewall blocking our servers.
