I’ve found the cause, it was the CookieYes plugin causing the issue. I’ve now deactivated it and the site is working fine. That explains why it was always possible to continue browsing after clearing cookies. The question now is why it occurred? I’ve reported the issue to CookieYes, but do you have any ideas?

I managed to recreate the issue once, but when I removed the product and added it again, it worked on the second attempt. Since then, I have received 4-5 new orders with missing options. Please see the attached image with three recent examples. I have just purchased the premium plugin, so I will test it with that and see if the problem disappears.

This order is a good example where the same article has been ordered in two different combinations within the same order, and in one combination, all the add-ons are visible, while they are not visible in the other.
As you can see in the image,
- Green boxes represent two items in the same order.
- Yellow indicates that both items refer to the SAME ARTICLE.
- Pink indicates that the top item includes all the add-ons, while the bottom item does not include any add-ons.
I roughly encounter this issue with about 1 in every 10-15 orders, where the add-ons do not come through. As a result, I have to call the customer and inquire about the ordered items and subsequently invoice them for the add-ons after the fact.
How can I attach an image without a link? I have the image on my own computer.
