I’m a premium user as well, snakeair, a 10-license pack of Analytics Pro. They pretty much disregard my bug reports when I send them directly to them. Their arrogance will be their downfall, which is sad to see unfolding before us …

In any case, the “security fix” issue you reference is unrelated to the issue I reported in the first paragraph above.

Jory, I’ve given sufficient info for Yoast’s team to diagnose and solve this issue, if they want to. The issue is repeatable. Many have experienced it. It’s been linked with the “Post Thumbnail Editor” plugin.
If I were on Yoast’s staff, I would spend more time debugging their plugin. But I’m not. And I’ve got work to do of my own …

Jory, I already explained earlier that “Something in the latest version of Yoast’s plugin is conflicting the ‘Post Thumbnail Editor’ plugin.”
The developers of Yoast’s SEO plugin should be able to figure it out by installing that plugin on their test site, and seeing what’s conflicting.
Numerous people have reported this bug. It is a known issue, one that is easily replicated.
Sorry, I just don’t have time to debug the Yoast SEO plugin. Yoast’s employees should be doing that. I’ll just wait and hope that their next release includes a bugfix for this KNOWN issue, which many people are experiencing.
