I switched to a different plugin. Closed.
In addition to my other problem posted about the bar not showing on homepage at http://www.premiumwebsitebrokers.com/, the message bar only shows up when I’m logged in as Admin. It doesn’t show up at all when I’m logged out.
I’ve turned cached off in WP Super Cache plugin, cleared cache pages, tried a different web browser, and I even waited 24 hours. But the bar doesn’t show up when I’m logged out.
If I can get some assistance with these 2 problems, I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
