Thanks for the response.
– First please make sure that you applied one pricing rule to the product.
I only have one pricing rule setup.
– Deactivate all of the WooCommerce related plugins (especially pricing and discount plugins).
There are no Woocommerce related plugins on the site except for the payments.
VIEW HERE
– Activate only our plugin with WooCommerce. DONE
– Go to your created rule and click on the Save button to clear the cache. DONE
I am still not sure why this is happening.
