@dd5555 Sorry for the trouble, we’re having a major outtage with our support system, new system is in final phase of testing and release which will make overall support easier and faster to handle.
We had some hiccups with the themes/plugins integrations lately so we had increased amounts of tickets and sadly some got marked as solved by our system failure and nobody noticed it.

We’re sorry for the problems caused, we had a lot of issues lately with our support system where tickets never reached us and even some tickets got closed/removed from the system without them actually being taken care of and we became aware of this issue only recently when you and few other users contacted us via WordPress Forums.

Sorry Asif, when I submit an entry it does not show in wp admin entry plugin… The frontend works fine and without any errors.. I get notification email about the submission but then in entries html table it says no records found
