Should the styles be somewhere else? Things do change a little when I added the lines, but it just wasn’t in the form of a table. It just made it so that each checkbox was on a separate line.
Please help 🙂

<br />tag before any of the other tags though, the radio and checkboxes all work fine. Is there no other way to fix this?Forum: Plugins

If you would like to see what it looks like now, you can visit our site’s contact page and fill out a sample form and you can see what it gives you. What I would like is a rounded corner box that pops up in the middle of the screen, is not transparent, but instead a solid color and much smaller in size. At the moment, it is a green/red/orange/etc frame with the message all squished in the middle, and I can see the original form behind it because the box is transparent.
