Thanks for your reply. We have some backup but the jpeg images can actually be seen from the Media/Library tab so I don’t think they’re lost; however, they disappear when I try to upload new images from the Add Media button on the dashboard. Very perplexing; we’re a small historical group and this platform has been great for us until now. We use a lot of photos but can’t find a way to get them on the site now.
