Actually, after posting my message, I went in and saw there was an update available for the plugin and I updated to Version 3.8.11 and the conditions reappeared!
I am having this same problem as of yesterday or the day before. I have been trying to fix it for hours and hours. I thought I had broken something by renaming store categories and reassigning products to different store categories but seeing this post I now don’t think I did anything wrong.
