Well, I already did. But it doens’t seem to work. I still get the error message that job has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. The Server self connect says response test OK.
Should I contact my host?
On your website (see this troubleshooting post) it says: “Apart from that you can try a workaround for BackWPup: Activate alternative Cron by adding the following line to your wp-config.php…” Well, I wouldn’t know how to do that.

I couldn’t update the authentication for Dropbox until now (I’ve seen the announcement just now when I realized the automatic back-up doesn’t work anymore). What can I do to make the connection of BackWPup to Dropbox work?
