I figured it out by adding:
$output .= ' . get_avatar($vars['user_email']) . ';
Nope. I put it here, because I am using the Add Local Avatar upload. But I switched things around, so this is not needed anymore.
Yeah its working now…maybe I had the templates messed up! 🙂
