I know you mentioned MSKLC and not Keyman — but as we have already released a free plugin for KeymanWeb, the web-based version of Keyman, I thought that you might find this helpful. It sounds like the Churup keyboard is not complex — if so, I’d be happy to create a KeymanWeb keyboard for it and make it available to you — just let me know what the mapping is.
